1. Service Description

Predicator is an AI-powered sports analysis platform that provides match predictions based on statistical data analysis. Our predictions are generated by algorithms and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Predicator is not a gambling or betting platform and does not facilitate, promote, or enable any form of gambling or real-money wagering.

2. Nature of Predictions

Our AI-generated predictions are statistical analyses based on historical sports data. They are intended to help sports enthusiasts make more informed opinions about match outcomes. Past performance of our algorithms does not guarantee future accuracy. All predictions should be treated as opinions based on data analysis.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • You must not use automated tools to access our service
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account

4. Subscription and Payments

Predicator offers a free tier and a Pro subscription with auto-renewable options.

  • Subscription options: Weekly and Monthly auto-renewable subscriptions are available
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play)
  • Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the respective platform's (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) terms and conditions

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, predictions, and branding are the intellectual property of Predicator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predicator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Predictions are provided as-is with no warranty of accuracy.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Predicator for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms or scrape our data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that may harm other users or our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
